y = 1/3x + 2

Using Rise/Run — rise is the line rising, like going up, and run is the line running, like running to the side. It rises by 1, then runs by 3. That’s how you get 1/3x. Then, you find the Y variable, which is 2, and that it how you get the answer.

Answer: y = 1/3x + 2

Explanation:

You basically use the rise over run method and see the slope increases by 1/3 ( it comes up one and goes right 3 ) and it starts at 2
