  1. It can't be A because the molecular geometry is tetrahedral and all the bonding atoms are the same and evenly dispersed, cancels out all dipoles.
  2. Can't be B because the molecular geometry is linear and bonding atoms are the same. Therefore the bond dipole cancel out.
  3. Can't be C because the molecular geometry is trigonal planar and all the bonding atoms are the same. Therefore all the bond dipoles cancel out.
  4. Can't be E because while there is a dipole, it is not as large as the dipole created by an Oxygen Hydrogen bond like the one found in H₂O.
