The unit tells us that “every activity you do is making you stronger, healthier, and happier” and “the real gift of fitness is the way it makes you feel inside.” What are some other types of things,besides physical activity, that affect the way that you feel inside and your health? Please give examples of two things that would create positive effects and two things that would create negative effects.

If you take good care of your mental health and eat healthy foods, you can influence your body positively without taking part in physical activity. A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body! When you don't take care of your mental fitness or eat junk food, you can create negative effects on your body by having anxiety, depression, and mental breakdowns.
