The hydroxide concentration would be 1.0 x 10^-2 M.

This solution would be basic.

A basic solution has a pOH of less than 7, an acidic solution would have a pOH of greater than 7, and a neutral solution would be 7.

[OH-] = 10^-(pOH)
[H+] = 10^-pH
[H+] + [OH-] = 14
[H+] x [OH-] = 1.0 x (10)^-14
