Answer:

y = 3x + 7

Explanation:

apply the rule

y-y_(0) =m(x-x_(0) )

where

x_(0), y_(0)

they are taken from the point (-2, 1), and "m" is the slope (3)

Then

y-1=3(x--2)

y-1=3(x+2)

y=3x+6+1

y=3x+7

Hope this helps
