Answer:

a is 6 sq ft, b is 15 sq ft

Explanation:

I'm going to call the bottom triangle (the one with 3, and 4 as its side lenght), and the top one, b.

So a is 3 times 4/2=12/2=6 sq ft.

b is 6 times 5/2=30/2=15

Answer:

21 ft²

Explanation:

A =
A_(1) +
A_(2)

A_(1) = (5 × 6) ÷ 2 = 15 ft²

A_(2) = (4 × 3) ÷ 2 = 6 ft²

A = 15 + 6 = 21 ft²
