$\because BD \perp AC... (given) \\\\\therefore m\angle DBA =90\degree... (1)\\\\\because m\angle DBA=(7x + 6)\degree... (2)\\$

From equations (1) & (2)

$(7x + 6)\degree= 90\degree \\\\7x + 6 =90\\\\7x = 90 - 6\\\\7x = 84\\\\x = (84)/(7)\\\\\huge \orange {\boxed {x = 12}}$
