Eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water to flush out your system(drinking water can get rid of acne and other problems)....(drink lemon water(8 cups a day)and you can get skinny and healthier) Eat a lot of veggies and protein to make yourself more full so you wont grab more food/snacks later!!!!
