Due to the Right of Occupancy, the Federal Government cannot grant what it does not own. This means that the Government is not allowed to give or take from others what itself doesn't own. This could consist of someone being in court for any reason, but due to the Right of Occupancy, if the court does not have a warrant to search the suspect's property or belongings, they are not allowed to use the suspect's property against them in court due to the fact that it simply isn't theirs.
