Marijuana is not only helpful for medical use, it also helps sleeping, improves appetite (munchies), and helps people struggling with depression and anxiety. its difficult to get a card for medical unless you have certain illnesses or impairments. Marijuana can be beneficial for a lot of people. (this is an opinionated answer, though Marijuana really does help with a lot.) Different people do have different experiences though.
