i found that the bag is 132 cubed and the candle is 117.81 and 132 cubed - 117.81 is =2299850.19 so im pretty sure thats the answer for b

but for c if its 1 bag per teacher (like i think it is) then i multiplied 2299850.19 by 70 and i got = 160989513.3
