How can we ensure that conflicts lead to constructive change and a positive outcome for everyone involved?

I don't know if this needs a very specific answer and I have no idea what you're working on, but I'll use common sense to answer:

Constructive conflicts are not an opportunity to insult and be negative, but rather take on different perspectives and be, as the name suggests, constructive. No one should take things personally, and everyone involved should try their upmost to understand everyone's opinions and views. For a positive outcome, work to build up and find a solution rather than tear down and end on a bad note.
