Can someone paraphrase this sentence for me please!!!!

Self-Control When I have lost my temper I have lost my reason too. I’m never proud of anything Which angrily I do.

Self-Control

When I lose my temper, I also lose myself; my identity.

I am not, and will never be, proud of the damage I've caused because of my vexation.
