When it’s “y” that means and so “y quince” and “y diez” is “and fifteen” “and ten” so like 5 and 10 is 5:10 because the and ten is minutes. “Menos x” is minus so 5 menos 10 is the hour five minus 10 minutes so it’s 4:50
