1) I can see that the x-input a repeated but has a different y-output.

2) None of the x-inputs repeated, y-outputs repeated, a function is when two if the same x-inputs have the same y-output, so y-outputs can be repeated with different x-inputs but the reverse if false.

3) And again there and two -2 input with different out puts so its not a function.

4) -3 repeated with different outputs so its not a function
