How do I stop being sensitive?

Okay so when i'm around strangers or my friends this doesn't really bother me. Also when it comes to teacher it doesn't bother me either. Buh like if my mom yells at me or says something like "Oh she didn't take the trash out cause she was lazy", my eyes start to cry. Like I just cry. And then it makes it worse cause my mom calls me a crybaby when I actually don't cry a lot. I know i'm scared of yelling because of something that happened in the past but other then that i'm just sensitive to that. BUt i'm not sensitive as a whole. For example, me, my mom, and my dad, talk about each other all the time, it only happens when it's situations like i'm getting scolded.
