Answer: It would be 80 gallons of water that the dishwasher will use to wash 10 loads of dishes. To figure this out you would need to divide 32 by 4 which would equal 8. You would do this to figure out how many gallons of water a dishwasher needs to wash 1 load of dishes. Then you would multiply 8 times 10 which would equal 80.

Step-by-step explanation: hoped this helps thx for the points :D

Answer:

The dishwasher will use 80 gallons of water to wash 10 loads of dishes.

Explanation:

Given,

Water used for 4 loads of dishes = 32 gallons

Ratio of water used to load of dishes = 32:4

Let,

x represents the gallons of water required for 10 loads of dishes.

Ratio of water used to load of dishes = x:10

Using proportion

Ratio of water used to load of dishes :: Ratio of water used to load of dishes

Product of mean = Product of extreme

Dividing both sides by 4

The dishwasher will use 80 gallons of water to wash 10 loads of dishes.
