Answer : y= -2x-3

If you have any other questions like this, you can go on a website called Desmos/graphing calculator. It is really easy to use. Hope this helped ! :)

Answer:

y + 3 = (-1/2) x

Explanation:

2x-y=-7

-y=-2x-7

y=2x+7

Slope m1= 2, perpendicular slope m2= -1/2

Equation of a line with perpendicular slope m2 and a point (0,-3) is

y - (-3) = (-1/2)(x - 0)

y + 3 = (-1/2) x

2y + 6 = - x
