Is a truck that stops at a station in the town velocity or seed or acceleration?

Answer: Technically 0 SPEED

Explanation: Velocity is movement with a direction, speed is movement in any direction and acceleration is increasing (or decreasing if you wanna get technical) speed with a direction. With that being said, you can still have a moving truck with 0 acceleration. And being stopped, there is no direction the truck is moving, making speed the mosy viable answer.
