Answer:it’s “c”

Explanation:

First you’re going to get the slope (15+3)/(6-0)=3 —- 15+3 because you have two negatives which makes the sign positive

And you already have a bracket (0,-3)

If x in the bracket is 0 then the y is the y intercept
