This is because it's supplementary (adds to 180)

Angle W= 127

180-127=53

Angle A= 53

Angle B= 69

All angles in triangle (get it, tri angle?) add to 180

If we know that any 2 angles we can figure out the 3rd

so 53+69= 122

Triangle sum 180 = 180 - 122

= 58

Angle C = 58

Angle C + Angle X = 180 (B/c it's on a straight line which is = to supplementary angles

Angle X = 180 - Angle C

= 180 - 58

= 122
