Throughout my weekdays I alter my sleep time based on how much work I have to do but I never let it get past 10:30. This is because I need to get up 8 on a daily and for me, I need around 10 hours of sleep to function. I go off of this only on weekdays because that is when I have practice and afterwards, homework.

On weekends, I sleep at either 11 or 12, because I don't have anything to do. I can get up at any time without worrying about the time or having to do things.

I'm always changing this up though, based on what is to come the next day.

I could add small nap times throughout my studying to get rest of to rest my eyes for a nice 10 minutes or so.
