On weekdays I have a set schedule to sleep and before I go to sleep I take an hour to get ready. I don't use the cell phone, I do meditation and write about how my day was. Doing these actions helps me relax and unload my mind from what I experienced during the day.

On the weekends I tend to break the routine a bit and go to bed two hours later than the time on weekdays. I allow myself to use the cell phone but meditation is part of my activities before going to sleep. Meditation frees the mind and helps me rest better.

To sleep properly, the things I do are: meditation one hour before going to sleep, not using the phone when going to bed, leaving things in order, and establishing a schedule of activities to be carried out during the day.
