How do you plug x into both sides of 3x + (-1) = -32 + 699?

Explanation:

Since your equation is : 3x + (-1) = -32 + 699

you wanna combine the like terms 1st and the like terms in this equation would be -32 and 699 so basically you just wanna add them together your new equation should look like this:

3x + (-1) = 667

now you wanna add 1 to 667 your new equation should look like this:

3x = 668

now you wanna divide 3 from 668 and your gonna get 222.6666666666667

so you wanna round your answer and your gonna get 223 so now you wanna plug in your x and in this case your x will be 223 so now your equation should look something like this: 3(223)+ (-1) = -32 + 69

and now you just wanna solve for your equation
