so, We need to separate it into two inequalities


(4 - 7x)/(3) > 0


(4 - 7x)/(3) < 5

then we solve for x,


(4 - 7x)/(3) > 0 = x < (4)/(7)


(4 - 7x)/(3) < 5 = x > - (11)/(7)

so we ended up like this


x = ( - (11)/(7) (4)/(7))
