Plz help, this is for my culinary arts class

What do you do with leftover food? Do you store it away to eat later or throw it
out? For the food that you do store, how do you label this food? If you do not
label it, why might it be a good idea to start labeling it? Discuss your personal
habits with food storage and how they might change after what you've learned in
this unit.

Answer:

If there is enough food to serve as a meal, you should save the food in an appropriate container to eat later. One should always label the food. On the top of the lid, you should put what it is and when it was cooked. If you do not label your food, you could end up eating something expired without ever knowing it. Personally, I only save things that I love, and that taste good cold or reheated. I always label my food and throw it out after a day or two if I haven't eaten it. (here you should add one or two sentences about what YOU learned in this unit, I do not know what all the unit has covered but I assume that it is something to do with food storage lol)
