Answer:

Similarities:

- They share a main plant body: diploid sporophyte.

- The sporophyte, in both groups, is separated into the root, stem, and leaves.

- They are both two major Seed Plant groups

- Vascular bundles, the strand of vessels in a plants stem or leaves, are conjoined, open, and collateral.

Differences:

- Gymno are mostly trees and they do not produce flowers, while Angio can be herbs or shrubs, and produce flowers as well.

- Gymno plants are evergreens and Angios are seasonal

- The leaves of a Gymno are thick and need like while Angio leaves are flat

- The wood of a Gymno is soft-like while an Angio has hard wood.

Explanation: I found this information on EBC or Easy Biology Class

Hopefully it helps! :)
