Fist what we'll do here is divide 1000 by 450. 1000÷450=2\frac{2}{9} (2/9, if this doesn't show up the right way either).

Then, we'll apply the inverse formula. In case you've forgotten, the inverse of a number is what you have to multiply a number by to get 1. The inverse of 2/9 (too lazy to put it in that form anymore) is 0.45, or 9/20.
