it would be 24
you need to foil the part in the parentheses (first, outside, inside, last) so you would multiply 7 x -8 to get -56 then 7 x 5 to get 35 then 3 x 8 to get 24 then -3 x 5 to get -15, after that add all the numbers together (-56+35+24-15) you should end up with -12, then you want to multiply that by -2 and you end up with 24 as your final answer
