11. Representative Government.
12. Representative Government implies that the general population is able to choose and vote for a candidate that meets at least one party or all party's (impossible) demands, and works towards meeting those demands while in the seat.
13. Usually what happens is that the people vote the representative out the next election cycle. However, a recall can also occur, which is removing a representative rather forcefully, and replacing it. Enough signatures must be gathered from the voters in the district for this too happen.
14. People like representative governments, for it gives the people a voice in what their government should do for them, while not creating the havoc of a direct democracy, in which collecting votes and detailing may not be as quick and efficient. Instead, people representing the majority of likely voters of the state would instead push for a general agenda that he/she has promised to the people of their district.
