How to answer the following job questions.

Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Why do you want this position?
What do you know about our company?
Why should we hire you?
What are you learning in your classes that will help you succeed in this position?
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
What's the accomplishment you feel proudest about?

Answer 1

1. Have prior experience so you have something to talk about and explain it
2. Be honest just not brutally honest like yo I want money but explain why you thought it was a good fit for you.
3. Do research and be professional.
4. Explain what you’d bring to the table, try to be unique so they would want to choose you over some other people applying.
5. Whatever you think they might want to hear, make sure it’s at least partially valid, not a blatant lie.
6. Come up with something, think hard about what strengths would give you an edge in being chosen, I don’t know you personally so i don’t know you’re strengths or weaknesses.
7. Maybe don’t be cocky about it, explain a few personal weaknesses you might think you have and tell the truth but not terrible weaknesses so you can always say you can improve on them.
8. Keep it professional. If you have something that might make them feel different about choosing you in a good way go for it.



I’m not a professional but hypothetically this would be the standard way to go about it, if you were in a real interview and you were not accepted you just have to learn from you’re mistakes and keep trying. You’ll improve.

-- tell them what you know about their company suck as money they make or how big of an influence they have

-- tell them how much good you can be for their company but dont seem cocky about it

What are you learning in your classes that will help you succeed in this position?

-- tell them what skills you can use that would help you

What are your strengths?

-- tell them job related strengths such as communication and neatness

What are your weaknesses?

-- tell them your job related weaknesses or how something (medical) could affect it

What's the accomplishment you feel proudest about?

-- tell them about a proud job moment such as a huge promotion
