PLEASE HELP!! Which describes the graph of y = (x + 7)^2 - 9?

A. Vertex at (-7, 9)
B. Vertex at (7, 9)
C. Vertex at (7, -9)
D. Vertex at (-7, -9)
I need to get this right so I can bring my grades up so please help!
