A shark was swimming 33ft below the surface of the water. It swam up 18ft to feed

on some fish, then dove down 5ft. Where is the shark now?

Since the top of the water is zero we need to subtract when it swims up and add on the way down do:

33 -18 = 15
15 + 5 = 20

Answer: 20ft
