Let x = Number of charms

Given : Fixed cost of bracelet = $65

On addition , cost per charm = $25

Total cost of bracelet = Fixed charge + (Charge per charm) x (number of charm)

If y= total cost.

Then, y = 65+25x , which is the required equation.
