Lauren is making candy bags for halloween. She has 24 lollipops, 12 candy bars, and 42 pieces of gum. She wants each bag to have the same number of each kind of candy. What is the greatest number if bags she can make if all the candy is being used? How many pieces of each candy will be in each bag.

We solve the above question using Greatest Common Factor method

The first step would be to find the factors of 12, 24 and 42

The factors of 42 are: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 14, 21, 42
