So my brother hasn't hasn't has his first period yet...shold I be worried?

I start kind late so he might be a late bloomer too, but he's like 16 and still hasn't had his first period yet and I don't want him pry but im worried bout him like he won't be able to make babies when he's married so if you could help me that would be great
