HELP!!! please look at the photo attached, its really confusing me so even if you dont know the answer can you atleast give me tips on how to do it?

note: the rectangle is 4cmx11.5cm, scaled up it is 8mx23m

The area of the rectangle in meters = 8x 23 = 184 square meters.

The area of one board = 1.2 x 1 = 1.2 square meters

Total area of all the boards = 1.2 x 150 = 180 square meters.

180 is less than 184 so she does not have enough boards.
