Two, this would would go against the Colorado Votes Act which allows 17 who will be 18 to vote in primary elections. So, this can lead them not to vote when they do turn 18. Three, from what I can see for amendment 76 is supress voters. “What it’s going to do is it’s going to open the door for limited voting like voter ID requirements.” So, this amendment has no benefits that I can see and only causes more issues than it is "solving". So, I am against amendment 76 because it only supresses voters and can lead people to not vote.
