6x + 2 = 2x - 1 Please help ASAP

6x + 2 = 2x - 1

Move the variables to one side. I subtract 2x from both sides.

4x + 2 = -1

Subtract 2.

4x = -3

Now divide by 4 on both sides.

x = -3/4 or -0.75
