Mrs. Conley asks her class what kind of party they want to have to celebrate their excellent behavior. Out of all the students in the class,

5
55 want an ice cream party,
7 77 want a movie party,
10 want a costume party, and the rest are undecided.
If 20% percent want an ice cream party, how many students are in the class?

Explanation:

let 'x' represent the total number of students in the class

5 = 20% of x

0.20x = 5 divide both sides by 0.20

x = 25 students

there are 25 students in the class.

I'm not sure about the answer but still I think its right.....
