1st blank: 60 degrees

2nd blank: 120 degrees or -240 degrees

Explanation:

1st blank: hexagons have a rotational symmetry of 60 degrees, and that's basically what the question was asking

2nd blank: If you rotate the hexagon around x once, it will map a point onto one of the points next to it depending on the direction.

In order to map F onto B, you need to either rotate it 120 degrees (2 rotations) counterclockwise or 240 degrees (4 rotations) clockwise.

A clockwise rotation is negative and a counterclockwise rotation is positive so that would be 120 degrees or -240 degrees.
