No.
An order pair is in the format of (x,y). Therefore, in the order pair (2,4), 2 is the x and 4 is the y. When you plug these numbers into the equations you don’t get equal answers:
4(2) = 4 - (4)
8 ≠ 0
3(2) = 26 + 5(4)
6 ≠ 46
