Answer: This is persuasion.

Explanation: Its showing a headline about a U.S Ship dunked and the hand is pointing to a man. This shows that the man said something about the sunked ship. By looking at this poster, you see the big red letters say "SOMEONE TALKED". By only just looking at those letters, you can interpret that the man spread information that could only hurt the war effort. In the subtitle, you could see it says lives lost, this signals that the war people don't want others to know about the lost lives. OH BOY THAT WAS A LOT TO WRITE, MY HANDS HURT NOW ;(
