Answer: -1/20

Work Shown:

\displaystyle \lim_(x \to c)f(x) = -4\\\\\\\lim_(x \to c)g(x) = 1/5\\\\\\L = \lim_(x \to c)(g(x))/(f(x))\\\\\\L = (\displaystyle \lim_(x \to c)(g(x)))/(\displaystyle \lim_(x \to c)(f(x)))\\\\\\L = (1/5)/(-4)\\\\\\L = (1/5)*(-1/4)\\\\\\L = -1/20\\\\

Put simply, we divide the two given values g(x) = 1/5 over f(x) = -4 to end up with -1/20
