y=-4x+5 or -8/2x+5

Explanation:

rise over run, to get the slope. when you do this you get rise is 8 because you count from one point to the other on the y axis and get 13-5=8. Then run is 2 do the same but for the x-axis and get 2-0=2. so you end up with 8/2 or 4 and since the line is going downwards its negative. The y intercept is 5 because that's where it intersects the y-axis. and the 5 is positive because it is a positive y, where the point of intersection is
