Answer:

Shampoo number one has a lower unit rate

It is lower by 10 cents

Explanation:

To find the unit rate for bottle one do 6/8 which is 0.75 so for bottle one, one ounce of shampoo cost 75cents

For shampoo two do 4/5 = 0.8 so for every one ounce it costs 80 cents

So shampoo number one has a lower unit rate

and it is 80-70= 10 cents lower

Hope this helps!

the first shampoo cost $0.75 per unit. you get this by dividing 6 by 8.
the second shampoo cost $0.80 per unit. which you get by dividing 4 by 5.
The answer will be shampoo one and it has a lower unit rate of 0.05.
