First you multiply 22 times 1/3 which will give you 22 1/3 then you make it into a mixed number by multiplying the bottom number of the fraction with the whole number and then adding it with the top number of the fraction in this case is (22*3)+1 then you multiply fractions normally by multiplying the top and bottom numbers with each other In this case would be -4*67 and 3*7 and the you get your answer (simplify if necessary)
