Telophase I. The six stages of meiosis are prophase, prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis.

Answer: telophase 1

Explanation: in anaphase 1 the chromosomes are being pulled apart. The next stage of mitosis is telophase 1 where the chromosomes are surrounded by a new nuclear membrane and start breaking down.

Hope this helps!
