Hey i got riddles for people

I am something people love or hate. I change peoples appearances and thoughts. If a person takes care of them self I will go up even higher. To some people I will fool them. To others I am a mystery. Some people might want to try and hide me but I will show. No matter how hard people try I will Never go down. What am I?

Only one color, but not one size,
Stuck at the bottom, yet easily flies.
Present in sun, but not in rain,
Doing no harm, and feeling no pain.

The first riddle is Age. Some people love their age, some people hate their age. Age can change appearances and thoughts because as you mature you view things differently. If you take care of yourself, you will become die older than most people. Some people are fooled by age, they think someone is older or younger than they really are. Some people don't know someone's age, so it is a mystery. Some people try and hide their age. Age never decreases.

The second riddle is a shadow. A shadow is only one color, but it can be any shape or size. Shadows are stuck at the bottom, but it easily moves. Shadows appear in the sun, but not when it is raining because of the clouds. Shadows do no harm, and they can't feel anything.
