i think it is tooth as a tooth cannot be “not so keen” as is not a human with feelings. i do not think it is wind as wind makes a blowing sound and it is not as metaphorical to say the wind is blowing.

I’m pretty sure it’s blow why: personification is a characteristic to something nonhuman example; the leaves “danced” on the wind
